Your privacy is important to us, so we have developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, transfer and store your information. Generally, you can visit CTG’s websites without entering any personal information, however, if you elect not to disclose certain personal information, we may not be able to provide you the requested service or complete your transaction.
Canadian Firearms Regulations:
All Canadian Criminal Code laws and Provincial regulations apply. Please ensure you also follow all your departments regulations up making any orders with us or we may not choose to be responsible for any repurchase or restoking fees as we apply them.
Shipping information:
CTG does it’s best to process orders for in stock products within 3 – 5 business days (M-F). however, that is not guaranteed. After these orders are processed then they will ship with in the chosen method permitted under law unless agreed to specifically in any terms of contract with the purchasing agency.
What personal information we collect:
– Contact details, such as your name, title, company/agency/organization, email address, telephone and fax numbers as well as physical address.
– Financial information including credit card, account or purchase order details
– CTG does not retain credit card information unless specifically instructed to do so.
– Information such as place of residence or shipping destination that allows us to determine your eligibility for export control regulations to receive information about certain technologies and or physical products controlled under ITAR and any other current legislative restrictions.
– Inquiries about orders and our products and services
– Any information that you willing surrender to CTG or its employees or contracting agents regardless of the format of the communications.
How we use your personal information:
We use your personal information to deliver services or carry out transactions you have requested. If you do not wish to be part of our mailing list, you may opt out at anytime by updating your preferences. We may use your personal information internally to audit data, orders, mailing list and products.
Collection and use of Non-Personal Information:
We may also collect non-personal information in the form of data that does not permit direct association with any specific individual. We may collect, use, transfer and disclose non-personal information for any purpose we deem appropriate for our business.
Minors:
We do not knowingly collect personal information or data from minors (persons under the age of 18). If we learn we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete the information if possible, in a reasonable time period.

Any comments or materials submitted by users including feedback, data, such as questions, comments, suggestions, or the like regarding any content shall be deemed to be non-confidential to CTG. CTG will have no obligation of any kind in respect to such materials.

From time to time we may use outside web service providers and or marketing firms to collect data to better understand our customers and consumers. Our intent is to better serve the needs of our customers, the market and development of new products and technology. We will not be held responsible or liable for any actions of these third parties. Some of our sites may contain links to social media such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and other social media sites.
